Amazon has announced The Great Indian Summer Sale to be held from 6th to 8th May in which there will be offers on a range of products from smartphones, tablets, laptops, PCs, musical instruments, stationery products, books, baby products, toys, clothing and accessories, shoes to beauty products, pet products, gourmet foods, gardening accessories and more. Sellers on Amazon.in will offer hundreds of products on Lightning Deals for the three days. In addition, there will be attractive app-only deals for customers shopping on Amazon mobile apps.


Amazon is already broadcasting their TVC for this sale : Aise deals ki poora India nachega. The way they are promoting this sale, it looks like it will be like Flipkart's Big Billion Days sale. Also, Amazon is giving exclusive app only deals and additional 15% cashback when you shop via Amazon app. Looks like they are also focusing on mobile but I wish that they don't shut down their desktop and mobile website like Flipkart. It's easy to open many tabs on browser but not on app.

If you have a debit card or credit card from State Bank of India and its associate Banks i.e,

      Well, I got steal deal on Asus Zenfone 5 during the sale so it was worth for me. I got it for Rs.6999 and will get 15% off as cashback in my SBI account since I bought using Debit Card from app.
