Kellogg's Waale Guptaji ka Nashta

“Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper.” – Adelle Davis

The above quote by famous nutritionist, Adelle Davis highly emphasises on the importance of breakfast in our lives. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. No matter whether you are a child or adult, do not fall in the saying that breakfast should be light. After sleeping for 8 hours, our body gets exhausted and breakfast provides the body with necessary fuel to run our body. I have experienced that when I eat healthy breakfast, I feel more energetic and do better in college. On the other hand, when I skip breakfast or eat junk food in breakfast, I feel tired, restless and irritable.
Recently I came across a video in which everyone is asking the Guptaji’s family: “When are you inviting us for breakfast?” In the end, Mrs. Guptaji asks me: “When are you coming to have breakfast?”

So I checked their Facebook page to know what the fuss is all about. I was excited by seeing over a 100 mouth-watering recipes for breakfast. Besides being mouth-watering, the recipes are full of healthy ingredients. After checking out these healthy recipes, I want to go to their house for nashta

Following are the reasons which prompted me to accept her invite for breakfast:

1) Cornflakes Choco - Walnut Muffin: Being a chocolate lover, this will be the first dish I would request Mrs. Guptaji to prepare for me. Now I don’t have to worry about eating chocolate since this recipe contains healthy ingredients too. Mrs. Guptaji has named this recipe as “LOL Wala Nashta” because she uses this breakfast recipe to lighten the environment in her house.

2) Cornflakes Jelly Shake: Since the scorching heat in Delhi has started, I would request Mrs. Guptaji to prepare Cornflakes Jelly Shake for me. Made with cornflakes, milk and strawberry jelly, it is not only soothing but also healthy. Mrs. Guptaji used this recipe to impress a guest in her house.

3) Walnut Cornflakes Choco Balls: I can’t resist myself from chocolate. So I would request Mrs. Guptaji to prepare Walnut Cornflakes Choco Balls for me. Made of walnut, cornflakes and chocolate, it is a tasty and healthy recipe. Mrs.Guptaji has named this recipe as “First Crush wala Nashta” since she made this breakfast recipe for her son who wanted to impress her first crush. I would also request her to teach me this recipe since it would come handy for me in impressing my crush.

4) Cornflakes Fruity Yogurt Cup: Made with mixed fruits, curd and cornflake, this recipe is full of aroma and healthy ingredients. I would definitely request Mrs.Guptaji to prepare this recipe. Shehas named this recipe as “Smile Wala Nashta” because this breakfast recipe made her husband smile after an awful call with his company’s client.
